WHY 200 DEGREES?
BECAUSE WE ROAST OUR COFFEE SLOWLY FOR A SMOOTHER TASTE, AT A SLIGHTLY LOWER TEMPERATURE THAN NORMAL; AT 200 DEGREES.
At this temperature, we can also balance environmental conditions throughout the process. We monitor the beans by temperature and colour and use the naked eye to stop the process at precisely the right moment to ensure the correct flavour.
