Shipping & Return Policy
If you are, for any reason, unsatisfied with your purchase you have the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. Please note, we do not provide return labels or cover the cost of returns.You will be responsible for return postage costs, we suggest packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Once your item has been received back it will be inspected, and if approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be notified by email once your return has been completed.
Items must be returned to us as you originally received them, complete with all tags and original packaging. Shoe boxes must be protected and not defaced.
This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products such as coffee, food, books, art prints, gift card, CD, vinyl record, or creams and health products that have been opened cannot be returned.
Terrariums and plants can't be returned unless they arrive broken or damaged on the day of the delivery (if that is the case you must email us and let us know on the same day).
Fragile items such as plant pots, glassware, ceramics etc...must be carefully packed before being returned.
If the returning product has been used a concrete evaluation of the actual value and whether it can be resold to another buyer must be processed. A potential devaluation of price may be returned to the buyer. No goods that are returned broken or damaged are accepted - please pack carefully.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you can prove it with a tracking.
