Shipping & Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, we offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy. Please notify us of your returns request within 14 days of receiving your item by filling out the appropriate form below. We will then email you an exclusive RMA number and full returns instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for return postage costs, we suggest packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Once your item has been received back it will be inspected, and if approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be notified by email once your return has been completed.
Items must be returned to us as you originally received them, complete with all tags and original packaging. Shoe boxes must be protected and not defaced.
This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products such as coffee, food, books, art prints, gift card, CD, DVD, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened cannot be returned.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to Londonworks, 16 Chalk Farm Road, London, NW18AG, United Kingdom.
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
